About Your Counselor

I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor, “LPC”, in the State of Texas since 2010 and was originally licensed in the State of Michigan as an LPC-I (Intern) in 1999.

Prior to becoming an LPC I worked as an RN in Maternal Child, ER, Psychiatry and Cardiology. After completing Graduate school, I opened my own practice as well as doing Inpatient, Outpatient and ER Psychological evaluations.

My degree is in Pastoral Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary, Detroit, MI. I also hold degrees in Nursing and Psychology.

I believe that facing the truth about one’s personal challenges, with support and encouragement, can lead to healing in relationships and create a life of peace and joy.
